The Perch Rock Lighthouse at the mouth of The River Mersey yesterday at very low tide.

For comparison, this image was taken from almost the same place as THIS ONE.

Low tide I guess. Couldn't decide which one I liked best, so kept both. Nice shot here. I like the birds included.

Both are very nicely done Steve. I like the bird capture in this one but overall the first one I like better becuase it does not have the signs of industry in it. =^..^= sandi ♪

The reflection in the first one is a winner Caruso. This is nice but I prefer the other. Both are very clear and color is perfect in both.

This is another nice shot of the lighthouse. I like seeing it under different conditions. Pretty neat with the birds in flight.

Nice comp here Steve with the sweep of the high-water mark arching away to the lighthouse. I like the way the lighthouse interrupts the busy horizon too, and the lone gull is a nice touch.

You get the opportunity to take the same scene with a completely different look at any hour during the day Steve! lol! ...another very good shot of the river mouth - I like the curves of the land/water and the bird appearing at just the right spot on the horizon!

Somebody gets very busy and pulls the ocean plug twice a day... darndest thing... sweet composition, Steve, it looks like the tide goes out a considerable distance.
