Mmmmmmm, I would probably say "mountains" before badlands, having visited ours and South Dakota's badlands many times. The blue looks like a mountain while the brown could be foothills? Either way, I love the look... sort of like iron art. Each piece of art is, after all, up to the interpretation of the viewer. In this case, John, you as the artist have the immediate right to name it as you wish.
