In March 2007 I've already posted a similar image of the Campveerse Toren, built between 1358 and 1390 as part of Veere's fortification. The tower had in that time also a Town Tavern and a lighthouse function. Nowadays it is a hotel and restaurant. As there is some scaffolding in front of the building on my previous post of this subject, and the image was taken with my old camera, I decided to post this one too. Hope you'll agree with me that this is a better one. Any opinion is welcome. Hope you will enjoy this post.

Good Morning Mr. C. I do like this one better. The colors and clarity are very nice and I see some reflections too. :)

The new image is definitely better, Cornelius. The different colours and texture stand out so well against the pale blue sky.

They are both good pictures, but I love this composition. The pier leads you right to a beautiful scene...excellent work.

Another superb capture Cornelius. Love the way the dock leads you eyes up to the distance of the beautiful hotel and boats. I would love to stay there, wow.

I do think this is a better photo, but to tell you the truth, I really liked the view of the whole pier in the other one.

Either way, they're both very good uploads.
