Your photos of pilot boats and tugs have all been very good Cornelius and this one is no exception. The 'Work Horse' looks great in the sunlight and seems to convey how much "power" the "horse" has!

Work boats are one of my favourite subjects as I spent my early years working on them. Unfortunately not many around where I live now. Glad you submit these every once in a while to remind me of a fun and adventureous time in my life. Nicley done Cornelius and thanks.

You can only stay away from the sea for just so long C. I can only stay away from the golf course for just so long. You sanctuary is much more photogenic than mine. It is hard to get a picture of a golf club flying through the air. Excellent post and your love for the sea really does shine through. Good luck to you and your.

I very much like the motion and the colors in this shot. the lean of the boat suggests a dynamic that leads the viewer into expectation and a suggestion of what the boat may be about to do. Very nice. I think the shot might be even better though if the boat were at the right-hand 1/3 point to give it the feeling of "motion into" the frame. I think that might enhance the expectation feeling the viewer has. Nice job.
