Image was captured on the peninsula of South-Beveland, Zeeland, The Netherlands and shows the northern bank of the Western Scheldt river at low tide. The Western Scheldt is connected to open sea and therefore is liable to tidal influences.

Cornelius - This beach scene is enjoyed by you and the birds who left the tracks in the lower right of the photo. It looks so peaceful with the tide out and the expanse of beach before you - a wonderful place for a walk. Thank you for sharing it with us. Thad
