At times these "against the light" images are most effective, impressive and attractive. Just like this one here, dear agent. Moody, reflective atmosphere full of magic and eerie lights. Thanks for the beauty... SAM & SAAB [poor dog sleeping heavily after suffering with his badly wounded paw, lots of ticks, thorns and other "attractions" collected on his lonely rampage]
It was probably Against The Wind as well SEA. The saltwater in your blood glistens as much as the water. What a magnificent scene you have presented with your efforts..
Many years ago I had an apartment down by the lake with floor to ceiling windows where I could gaze out at the water and watch its' many faces...I especially liked the times when the sun would glitter on the surface below lovely blue skies, much like your image here...it gave me a happy, carefree, 'all is well with the world' feeling, as your image does also...lovely shot, SEA, and thanks for the memories.

"You can observe a lot by just watching".

Cornelius - Framing the capture, with the direct sunlight above the view, you were able to utilize the light to full advantage. Masterfully done! ~Thad
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
Cornelius, this is a truly an outstanding photograph. It meets every requirement from quality of the image to the beautiful color, the composition, the contrast, interest - it has it all. Well done!
