Raj has told me that, in spite of his very fast internet connection, downloading my images on his computer takes, from time to time, a lot of time. He supposed that the size of my uploads (3200 x 2133 pixels) could be the reason. I explained him why I have some doubts about that.

So I asked a Caedes-friend, who has recently downloaded a lot of my images at full screen size, whether she was dealing with identical problems. She said to me that her internet connection was fast as usual.

Raj suggested me to reduce my image size to 3000 x 2000 pixels in order to check whether there is some improvement. That's not a problem to me, so I give it a try, therefore my Foofy Friday contribution for this week was somewhat reduced in size.

Download is a tad quicker MrC!....

But that could change because the latin sounding title!>...Takes longer for that, than the image!,,chuckles!

A fine fancy named foofy for Friday

I don't notice much difference in any of the downloading times of images on
Caedes...at least not on the laptop I use when not at home in Ohio. This is a gorgeous shot of the foofies, Mr. C. I love the color and the sunlight shining on them. Well done.

Very colorful and lovely image Cornelius. Sharp focus on the flowers and a good bokeh. This time the download took only 1min 2 secs.

I too have waited lengthy periods to open your images. But this is Italy, where everything runs at a slower pace. This beautiful flower opened a tad faster. I don't care how long I have to wait; your images are always worthy of the time it takes to open. Fantastico, Cornelius.

Another big save and fave for me Mr. C. and like Sandi you stumped me on this gorgeous flower. So not normally stumped on flowers, I had to research it and found out it is a hawthorn not found in North America. It is just gorgeous and thank you for the learning opportunity. (Also I have a fast broadband connection and never have problems with your images.)

I must admit it loaded much faster, SEA. I normally load at 3200 x 2000 as well unless it detracts from the photo.
I appreciated the quicker action, because I got to see its full size beauty, must sooner. :)
The lighting is really good.

The image loaded quickly for me, but then I usually don't have a problem. Gorgeous flowers & I also had to look up the name as well. The lighting is perfect. Excellent foofy, Cornelius.

Cornelius - Wonderful - at any size. Page loading times for me have varied - but recent Caedes server upgrades have speeded thing up considerably. Thad
