Think there's no winner in this race, ☺ .

My weekly entry for Manic Monday

A PS meant for the girls only: at the finish line the oars have to be moved into the backwards direction causing that the floating vehicle will turn to its port (left) side, so achieving that you girls will be the winner, ☺

I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

It will be difficult to keep a straight course because both sides must row in perfect union and about the same strength. Funny shot Cornelius.

If it's a race, then one of the teams is bound to get wet. We did this once with my brother's and our canoes, attaching a platform across the poles. It was basically a manually operated pontoon and allowed us to take a grill and other camping elements out to riverbound sandbars. It also allowed us to occasionally stand up in the canoes and stretch without fear of capsizing. Good angle and composition, Mr. C. (I've spent the last 5 weeks working in my yard--doing retirement projects--and so haven't photographed anything of note. that's why I'm commenting only nowadays).

Great shot! The girls look like they are concentrating and working harder than the guys.

I was thinking like Tom was ..lol of course I've seen some girls out paddle man, guys are usually back paddling most of thiers lives as they get older.

I am a little familar with this type of activity. so this race could go either way. now Coonie does have a good point. however, boys will be boys!
fine photo you captured, Mr.C
