Referring to Owd Fella Tick (OFT) his comment on this one, the next one of my Amsterdam series shows an image that was taken at day time (almost dusk) at De Wallen.
As you can see, it's very crowed here. According to the Wiki information, I suppose that these are mainly tourists, 😁 .
PS: referring to the recent discussion in the Discussion Board and in order to prevent misunderstanding: the poster on the left with the text 'Hermitage/classic beauties' isn't an advertisement, but is an 'announcement' for this Dutch public art exhibition in Amsterdam, so i.m.o. not being a violation of the Code Of Conduct (COC) and/or DMCA.

I don't see any Caedes infractions at work in this beauty. Maybe they will get it sorted out and we won't have to do so much explaining and be able to post some street shots with signs.

Great story and pic. Amsterdam 10 sounds like a rocket the Netherlands would send to space. :) Have spent the last week at Disney World, I can certainly realte to crowds!! It's amazing though. Despite the throngs of people that visit each day (park wide up to 120,000) everything seems to flow real well. At one point I was waiting for someone and standing by the main concourse, and thousands of people passed by me in a span of maybe 10 minutes. There was no shoveling or bottle necks just a constant stream of people methodically going their each way.

This is a sensational capture. Normally, I prefer to view a city with impressive architecture without a lot of people. BUT this proves me wrong, the beauty of this scene is that the folks really add to an essence that really fits perfectly in this scene. Composition excels. Bravo. Favorite.
