My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Love the elemental quality you've evoked with the lack of context or framing. The colours and sheen are glorious and the contrasting quality and texture of the three areas is finely done. I'm not entirely convinced of the compositional balance of the three elements but without knowing how much you had to play with at the start I'm just wishing for different ratios without knowing they were ever possible.

I have a screen saver I built for my Mac that has about 200 images in it, all dealing with water in some way. With your kind permission, that's where a copy of this immaculate image is going. I love the angle you chose. It creates an even greater sense of the kinetic energy here.
