Here in the U.S. we'd call that a pontoon ;oD My brother did this once with a pair of canoes... very stable and, like this photo attests, able to carry considerably more material. Interesting cultural capture, Tanju. This is one of the great benefits of being on Caedes... we get to take a trip around the world without the expense of a plane ticket or hotel room. We are missing out on the culture of the food, however.
