The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London. The structure is 443 feet (135 m) tall and the wheel has a diameter of 394 feet (120 m). It is the most popular paid tourist attraction in the United Kingdom with over 3.75 million visitors annually.

Now this is certainly different, I'm kind of questioning why they can stand up? Being a ride and all, for safety reasons, what a view they get though. Very clear capture Frank. tigs=^..^=

I've seen a number of photos of this amazing mechanism, one in particular that was a night shot with blue light flooding the Eye, but this one's a real gobsmacker! It truly puts the viewer right there in the capsule. Wow! Too bad they had to mess it up with decals and advertising but Wow! (And that's a word I seldom use.) Right into my favorites.
