Patti, I've seen many pictures of the famous Stirling Castle, but all were taken from some distance. To me your picture shows very interesting aspects I've never seen of this castle before. Very well done. Thanks (for sharing) & regards, Cornelius

I think that is a fantastic capture of this stone structure. The focus, colors and contrasts are wonderful. It should have scored much higher. Well done.

Maybe You should have moved back and use a less wide angle. Or, if not possible, you could correct the perspective with PS tools. Just an idea :-)
