........Sunday afternoon I walked this amazing walk along the path of Curbar Edge in Calver Derbyshire - the sun was very strong and hazy but I like the effect it created in the distance. ...and no I did not even have to climb any hills - the road takes you right up the hill to a car park and the path just runs along the edge with spectacular views over the Derbyshire countryside. I hope you are going to join me in this walk! :)

A photographer calling haze beautiful? I knew you were a brick shy of a load. Haze is your enemy. I hate it hate it hate it! I have ruined more pics because of haze. *slams head into wall* It's a nice pic but the haze has to go....but on second thought you are always in a fog anyway.

Haze can be beautiful...I like how it softens the horizon. As usual, a dreamily beautiful landscape, with delicate colours. Great capture patti and a very enjoyable image. I'm on the walk! :)

Tell'em Patti. (Goes down to bottom of hill. Picks Jerry up. Carries him back up to Patti. Both Patti and I kick him off again- in unison.).
Oh yes, lovely image. I'm keeping a copy.

Patti, my feet are still sored from last walk with you (through flat terrain) and now there is your invitation for another walk along steep edges. I have my hesitations (lol). Watching this beautiful image I'm expecting some spectucular images the next few days. OK, I'll join. Regards, Cornelius

Wonderful shot, Patti! It brings back strong memories of many years ago, when I were a lad, walking the North York moors and coast path. They were hazy too, and it worked for them as well.

Sure, I'll join you on this walk. But wait, is Jerry still trying to pick himself up? Oh, well, he'll just have to catch up. By the way, I think the haze adds to the photo. ;-)

Since I got caught up in the rear guard, I think I see Jerry hobbling up the walk, and I don't think he's very happy, judging by the color his skin...ummm....armor...ummm...well, whatever it is he's covered in ?? LOOKS LIKE....I think I'll just trot up to the head of the line with you and enjoy the scenic view, haze and all !! :)
