...sorry if I gave you a fright!!! ....a not so little spider who made home on the terrace when I was on holiday! I zoomed in to capture him but when I looked up I was just a couple of feet away and gave myself a fright!! LOL! ...don't you just love that expression - no bird was going to eat this spider with such amazing markings on his back - he even has eyelashes and eyebrows!!

Is it soft shelled or hard shelled? I just wondered how loud of a crunch it would make. JK Great post and colors. It looks like it's practicing to be a trapeze artist. Not to brave because it has net below. You did good Patti.

Seriously though, the pose you've caught her in is great, and I love that you've got a golden glow on...well, whatever the glow is on - is it her mouth parts? And the background is fantastic.
