Can I have some more of them reliefs PLEASE !!! In the link you provided there is not enough for me. Plus a photo taken by yourself looks incomparably more beautiful even than the original object !

Don't you just love English place names. Where on earth did Tissington come from I wonder!? I especially like the plaques on the left with the two layers of a woman facing a man, and the stained glass window at the end. A bit different from the holy spirit you normally imbibe, this!

I know you can't judge the photos on the link as they probably weren't put on there for their photographic quality, but I have to say Patti yours is much better! This is a class shot, love the way the flash (I assume was used) has bought out the richness of the wood...love a nice bit of real wood! I like the way the steps and back wall have been lit up too, a great shot all in all. And as Nigel said, where do we get our names from? Still, at least that first I wasn't an O..... ;-/
