I'll let you into my secret - I focused on the moon and had that sharp as you see here. Sharpened the sky area around the moon, but not the moon itself and it bought out the stars.
Settings: 1/200 at f6.3, ISO1600, focal length 200mm - I am no expert on settings - I just try adjusting the settings until I get the result I want. :)
