I could have made this ferry, but wanted to stay at Heriot Bay a little longer to have lunch and walk around so I took the next one. Heriot Bay, Quadra Island, BC, Canada.

The ferry almost matches the snow on top of those mountains, I like the contrasts in this capture Ted. tigs=^..^=

---I could have made this ferry---

Another breathtaking (not meant literally but figuratively) composition/image, Ted. Thanks for your patience in order to provide us with this wonderful capture!

I took a look in Google Maps just where this was and the app, of course, brought me in close to this bay. As I was clicking on the minus button to visually pull out I was amazed by the, well, maze of islands. I mean, I've always known where Vancouver Island is, but have never looked as close in as this to see what must be millions of miles of coastline there. My God, Ted, how do you pick one scene to shoot? There must be a postcard or calendar scene in almost every direction. This one certainly falls into those categories.
