Back when, Caedes use to have a weekly contest for black and white photographs and one week I submitted the above photo in B&W.. Thought I post the color version of it today. Musee d'Orsay, Paris, France; July, 2016.

I cropped my copy on the right side a little, to place this amazing clock dead-center. I know I use the appellation -amazing- for many elements in photos here, but this particular photograph definitely deserves it. I perused the black and white version but the gold in the clock, the colors in the metal window frames in the background, what appears to be etching in the glass, and the colors of the lights behind the glass all add so much depth. Your trademark tack-sharp focus and HDR effect makes a true keeper. If the c-index was still in effect I would unhesitatingly award it 100. Wowza!
