Captured this cutie the Sunday morning (2018, 08-12) when we were down at the waterfront after church. The owner was there to watch the Military Maneuvers. Just loved that sweet face.

I always feel a little angry when I see this..!it makes them lazy and in some cases overweight!..

In the words of my father, this is a bird dog. He once walked into his favorite bar and removed from his pocket and deposited on the bar top his new toy poodle pup, white like this one. When the the bartender asked what the heck that was, my father said... a bird dog. The tender did not believe it but, within a couple minutes, there were five women surrounding them, cooing over the tiny pup. My father grinned and said... See? [Yes, I know, that is considered sexist today, but that story happened nearly 60 years ago, and cute little pups are still cute little pups.]
