Hi everyone, Hope everyone is doing the right thing and staying home.

As you see the many years I've enjoyed meeting up my very dear friend Mimi from here on Caedes. My sister-in-law, who I considered a Sister I never had, loved joining in on all the laughs and fun we always had when we got together for a long lunch.

I'm posting this because normally at this time of this year I'm getting ready to head to Winfield, Missouri to stay with Bernice for the month of June. But of course not this year because of the Covid-19 (Corona) pandemic.

Sure going to miss the fun, laughs and my dear friend also missing the time with Bernice. We always had so much fun together and enjoy the girl time.

As for the missing 2 years: 2014, I wasn't able to go to St. Louis and in 2017 Mimi couldn't meet up with us that year.

Anyway I made the collage using Picture Collage 3 Lite.

Take Care of Yourselves, Stay Safe & Hopefully Healthy.

This is a very good collage of you and your friends, Pat. I wish that we could gather with our friends now, but we need to think of safety. I share your disappointment of missed gatherings. My wife and I must endure the fact that our planned visit with our daughter and son-in-law from Oregon that would have been happening this month is gone now. I wouldn't dare risk their safety...that evil pandemic.

It seems to me that Hottrockin (Randy) met you girls in St. Louis one time Skates. I'm sure everyone is going to miss you in Missouri.
Great collage. I like how you posted the year on each photo. What happened to 2014 and 2017?
I must say none of you changed much over the years.

Nice collage with beautiful photos of the three of you Pat. So many things that we are used to have to be cancelled. Worse than that is the fact that some families do not have money even to buy food because the husband/father or wife/mother cannot go to work.

Pat, the uncomplicated and spontaneous smiles on your faces in the pictures of this collage are all very uplifting and encouraging. Very welcome in these worrying times, even for an 'outsider' like me.
It's a pity that you aren't able to go outdoors for the yearly 'family' reunion (😁), but the present situation is too serious to ignore the given advices and decreed safety measures.
Because I've been labeled as a vulnerable person because of my Lyme disease history and my age, I'm not allowed to go outside. My groceries are delivered to the door and I pay them with an app on my smart/cell phone. I feel like a bird locked in a cage. Older, often demented, people who are nursed in a nursing home should no longer receive visitors. These people don't understand why their loved ones stop visiting. I can go on by telling similar stories, but I think that everyone is dealing with this very strange situation.

Therefore I sincerely hope that the situation will improve soon, so that we can resume our usual life to a certain extent.

In the meantime: take care, stay safe and healthy, valid for all of you,my friend, 👍 !

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
