Hi..you must have been on the walkway up to the 'point' and then looking down. I've never been able to go up that trail. Nice to see what that area looks like. I sure didn't know there were even more jagged rocks farther from the Haystack..The photo I posted just now, was on the other side of it. Very rich colours!! Verena
Seems like this image was taken from a chopper Jen. Think to reach the point from which you've captured your image wasn't without any risk.
Great post! 'Saved & faved' of course. Thanks!
Regards, Cornelius.
At first I thought these were the same rocks that Verena had posted a while back. I read her comment, so they are not. Excellent capture of that beautiful area.
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.
Thanks For Sharing ! Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience
Jen - a beautiful shot! The afternoon lighting produces wonderful shadows and highlights the colors. The foam from the waves is vividly seen. Kudos! Thad
Wonderful cliff side shot Jen looking down on the rugged frothy ocean swirling around the sea rocks, I especially enjoy that little spit of land jutting out into the sea with the lone pine...Love the Oregon coast and thanks for bringing this beauty to us
What a view and such an assortment of beautiful colors WC. You chose a perfect vantage point for this shot. Rugged but still laced with a soft touch. Good post.
Whoa... just the color of the water is worth it! But I love the jagged rocks and cliffs and the way the water is all foamy and agitated... super lovely shot, Jen!
