While out driving last weekend I came upon this pretty little acreage with horses. Didnt look like they were restricted from going anywhere on the property including the yard & drive! From looks of them they are treated quite well! ;-) Sorry about the fence..I am always hesitant of approaching others property & taking pics. without permission. Never know when you might be met with a shotgun. lol This was taken from the roadway.

A beautiful horse Dan ... looks very healthy also. I love fences & this one gives the image much more character. A lovely countryside setting. So why don't you saddle up "Pretty Boy" & we'll go for a nice afternoon ride. LOL. An outstanding shot ... very well done.

I lovew the clarity and horses and fences often go together. This was the natural surrounding. Great country image. Nice Dan!

Beautiful horse Dan! but I do not like the fence, not because I think it is obtrusive, but because it has spikey bars on the top and I am thinking the horse would hurt itself on them. However, it does not detract from your photograph which is really good - I would have been tempted to trespass and give him a stroke on his head! I am badddddd! lol Patti

It really has a path around the place doesn't it?. What a beautiful horse here Dan- Looks fat and happy.I don't like the looks of the top of that fence either but maybe it's to keep the horse from getting too close to people that want to stop and try to pet it. I would have been tempted to pet it too especially if I hadn't seen a vehicle in the yard.Nice clear shot!

Dan, I been met often at the driveway by a suspicious owner and once by a guard dog. It can be tricky so I'm glad you were left alone to do your work here. I like the composition and the lighting is great. The fence isn't so much a problem (for me) as the fact the horse's full head is not visible. It falls slightly behind the fencing. But, that's just me; I like to see TEETH! :)) - Patty

What a pretty horse. Correct me if I am wrong, but do they call this color roan or is that something else? I don't mind fences. My husband puts them up for a living! LOL

Very nice shot from the roadway. He is beautiful. I love the full profile. I am wondering if you had problems with your saturation levels or was the sky really purple? It is actually pretty. Overall 10/10 from me!

I like it and yes, it is a pretty horse and seems to be tramping through a garden. This capture appeals to me. The horse has been captured so well, especially the detail in the mane. Very nice work. No need to thank me for viewing your work. Some of us are trying to put an end to this time consuming thankyou activity.
