The rider said that his horse was complaining of being tired..& proceeded to lay down..with him still on top! lol This is how they ended up. (dont tell anyone, but I think it was part of the act..lol) Thanks all for viewing & commenting!!

I'm sure it was part of the act ... a wonderful capture Dan. I bet these cowboys enjoyed putting on a great show for the spectators & it looks like the horses did too. Very nicely done.

It takes the utmost in trust for a horse to lay down with a human being around. They are a flight animal and to be in this position renders them entirely vulnerable. Great capture.
