I took a drive out in the country during last weekends snow storm to see what I could come up with. At times it was snowing so hard it was tough to get a good picture through it. After a couple of nearly frostbit fingers and some slipping and sliding, this was one that I did get. The things we do just to get some shots eh?? LOL Thanks for your views and comments!

Wow, this one looks pretty cold. But you "caught" the snow very well. On days like that, I do photos with gloves. Smile.

Nice to see you posting again, my friend. I try to capture the snow falling, but it never comes out the way I want it to, so I'm going to give you a thumbs up on this shot and maybe you'll share your secret with me??? Maybe it's the white hat??? Maybe I'm not taking enough "shots"??? *Still trying to figure it out...mumbling* lol

When its snowing so hard, why not try the "sports" setting on your camera and go ahead and shoot the flakes too? Its gorgeous at times like that..>V

Ah, this is so nice. I love the look of snow falling. It's so serene and quiet. Stay warm, Dan, if you can!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Great shot Dan! The fence in the foreground silhouetted against the snowy background works really well! Hope you didn't get frostbite attempting to get this shot! lol! Patti

Well, this is a prime example of why one needs to download an image to really appreciate it. Those snowflakes (which cannot be seen in the thumbnail) are awesome. Well done.
