Cromwell, Connecticut, USA. From my house, as the sun began to burn off the morning fog, the rays of light filtered through the trees in the neighboring woods. Enjoy!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB

Excellent moody image as a black & white. I spent so many hours in the darkroom in college I grew moss on all four sides and always found b&w to carry more pathos than color. Instead of dallying over all the pretty colors, the viewer is drawn into the emotions of the photo. I get introspective over shots like this.
