I used Photoshop for it. In photoshop, you can use the gradient tool. In the tools option bar, change it from normal to difference mode, and then go crazy doing one gradient right over the top of another. Thanks everyone, for your kind comments.

Beautiful, simple and effective. Lovely, gentle colours which flow nicely. It suggests to me spring breezes, calm oceans and the promise of summer, peace, tranquillity and relaxation. I hope the numbering denotes the start of a series?!

A beautiful blend and swirl of color without the intensity overwhelming the image, very nicely done. I'm using it for my AnyColor header in Firefox now, making browsing much more soothing (especially when the internet it slow, lol).
