Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life. Bene lava!!
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOMEPAGE
I like the shapes and the composition. I like the color palate also, but I can't help thinking more red in the large gem would have made the image more dramatic.
Good morning. The figures are kokopelli (Kokopelli is a fertility deity, usually depicted as a humpbacked flute player who has been venerated by many Native American cultures in the Southwestern United States. Like most fertility deities, Kokopelli presides over both childbirth and agriculture. He is also a trickster god and represents the spirit of music.)
Did you see the reflection in the large jewel - there's a surprise in there too. :)
This is beautiful. I love your work. I was searching for fractals one day, found this site, and some of your images were on the home page and I am a big fan now!!!
Gorgeous elegance in this Nathan. I can visualize this as a beautiful pendant on a beautiful black velvet slinky dress! Mmm.
I love the horse on there. One of my most loved things all my life has been horses...and so this is even more special to me. Your work always brings such magic to us all . Thank you so much my friend...Verena
At last, my favorite animal included your work! My husband pointed out the echoes, and had to enlarge the gemstone for me to see them. I was focused in on the visual opposite, and missing them totally! And as someone else pointed out, some of your designs would make beautiful jewelry. Just need a precious metalsmith, and someone to etch designs into the back of semi-precious cabochons! The real cabochons could be beautiful, but I'm thinking a glass artist would have a time matching the beauty of your "gems"!
I've been looking at art here for 2 days and already I can tell your style when I see it! Your images would make beautiful jewelry. You should try for a class that creates jewelry or perhaps a silversmith class. Just a thought. Such wonderful talent!
