This is a park near me and the other day I just had to stop and take a photo. In all my years living here, I have never seen this creek so high. Most of the times it ether dry or just a trickle of water. I do think it looks pretty full, but I think we have had more that our share of rain this year.

I really like the light play on the water. This is a little overexposed but still a nice image. Perhaps a different angle or a different setting would have help the over light areas. Just a suggestion for the next time. ♪ ♫ :)sandi♪ =^..^=

Ah, my kind of place for a walk! Love the large trees, they have character. I think it would help to crop a little off the top, and left, and back to the bottom of the creek to bring it in more. I like it very much!

Yes, I'd say the creek is definitely high and is developing a bit of a current. Lovely, sparkle-y scene!

That's what Global Warming does Laura. It brings unexpected weather and raises the level of your little creek. Mind you, on the up-side it means that you get to take this lovely picture and show it to us!

Beautiful use of lighting in this one Laura. It is amazing how many beautiful scenes we find out our back door once we start looking. This is a great example.
