Rob, the clothes (hat, hairstyle, dress, gloves) and the attitude make me suppose that the portrayed lady Springsteen hasn't been a waitress in that time (about 1905). I don't say however that being a waitress shouldn't be a respectful job however, ☺ .
Your perfect colorization has enhanced anyhow her dignity in a significant way.
Perfectly done job per usual, my friend. Great addition to your series!

Seriously though, this is a very elegant pose for the lady but, while this clothing style was popular at the beginning of the 20th century, it could not have been very comfortable. She's either holding a stiff pose to avoid blurring the photograph or her clothing is so stiff it's doing it for her. Still elegant, though, and the colorization is, as always, perfect as well.
