My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
Aesthetically, superb. Tones, textures, colors work very well together. It's almost like creating a living scene, wonderful to view and ponder. Favorite.
I love the sense of worn, disintegrating, abandoned decay ... yet the art, still alive with its inspirational beauty, remains. A testament to the soul, no matter how battered the body.
Wonderful image, Rob! There is nothing "trashy" about your artwork.
I tend to agree with Tick's assessment of this...wonderful work, Rob...quite appealing and intriguing...a fave for me....nice to see the trash artist is back in business:)
There's so much going on in this image Rob - every time I look at it, I see something new - the overall coloring is amazing - Excellent!!!!! Keep the Trash Art alive!!!!!!!
Whereas other of your trash art series have been overlaid composites of multiple images, this one appears to be a straightforward photo of a scrap of wallpaper left on a damaged piece of plywood wall. Definitely different.

The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
