You really made the car standout in the fog Rob. A good diversion from a people colorization. I tried to read the license to see where this was taken (state) but my eyes aren't that good.
Perhaps someone else can tell.

"Published [between 1935 and 1945]" That works for me as I believe that car just may be a 1942 Cadillac Series 63. A great car. Wide track, 3-speed manual, and radio defrost and heater! What more could you want on your ride back then? Even on a nasty weather day like the one in your picture! Very nicely colored by Rob (Rob's service would cost extra!).

Rob, it's admirable that you were not tempted to add more color to the original copy, because it would have violated the authenticity and destroyed the mood created by the mist.
