Some friends of my daughter have this 1 1/2 week old colt, and did not mind my going down for some shots. His name is Cosmo and he is so friendly, and momma is very protective.
But I stayed close to the owner and tried to keep a low profile.
I would like to dedicate this one to Kimo who has posted alot of horsie images.
I want to add that the big object in back of the horse is a huge rock, and I thought it would be hard to clone out.

The colt must have taken off from it's mom. It looks like the Mare is running pretty fast to catch up. Very nice shot, Sandi.

The rock is too large and heavy to move Tigz. Wise decision on your part. I like the photo very much. The action is really good with mom on the heels of her colt. Love the angle.
