Most of you might remember my story about Bella. We came across each other while I was out at the Tri-Lakes Wildlife refuge taking pictures last Oct.

If you follow this link you will be able to read her story, and see where I found her, and a link provided there will show you how she looked when I found her.

She has doubled in weight since then, and is a wonderful feline friend.

I have wondered about the person who left her there, do they ever think about her? especially after that harsh winter we had, I'm convinced she would not have survived the elements. She is spayed, and I keep inside the house.

Thank you for your comments.

Tigs♥ =^..^= or ...S. or you can call me?

Sandi, I see that Bella Ann has a tough life, lol.
Wonderful to see her staring to me. I would give her a hug, but I'm afraid that it will destroy my screen, lol again!

Precious posting!

Regards, Cornelius.

In Germany especially after Christmas many discarded pets are found. People don't even want to take the trouble to bring the cat or dog to an animal home. Your kind act has saved beautiful Bella, Nice shot Sandi.

I can see the love and happiness in Bella's face Sandi. I wouldn't think too much on what could have been but how this act of kindness has brought a dear friend into your life. It is your gain. A sad story made glad with happy never-endings.

She looks wonderful now Sandi under your care - excellent shot with a truly great story behind it. I simply don't understand people that can be cruel to animals - in my book - they are the lowest of the low.

You know Sandi what I think about people treating animals like their human friends & neighbours [yes, marked irony is intentional:)]. You are such a sweet personality that you might not even realise what I am referring to:)
Bella, on the other hand, has now, only now, the proper home cat looks: "Where's is me best servant whom I address as 'Mommy'?" LOL
The eyes of the ruling queen of the household. Yes, cat all over! :) If Boris looked at me like that just once, he would have been punished by having less treats than demanded:)
Love this regal kitty of yours, SAS, but would never trade her for my baby:)Even if she occupies less space on the bed!

Beautiful Bella Girl looks so contented and happy. I am sure she returns all the love you have shown to her - even to the extent of providing a lovely quilt for her comfort!

A good portrait of Bella. She looks a little annoyed, but then again what cat doesn't? Nice focus work in the photo, Sandi.
