One from the phone App again, I use the free version, there are so many options to play around with.< p> Just a note: Most of you know that I'm a big cat lover, but most do not know that I used to be overweight and never would post pics. of myself. I lost 75 lbs several years ago, and started to do the k walks, and even did athe veterans half marathon. I'm also lifting weights daily and doing a new exercise challange each month. Feb. was 25 push-ups daily, this month we are doing planks as long as we can hold them. I'm the oldest one in this challenge by at least 10 years-I'm 71 now.

The result of this one really shows my new self being. I'm more at ease with myself, but i'm not over confident.

I"m not trying to brag, but thought this explained this one to a T! Thanks in advance for your comments.

We're the same age but your more advanced than me on the exercise routine - I've lost about 35-40 pounds since my husband died but could stand to lose a lot more. This looks like a fun program!
