Sandi, I totally agree with you to capture this remarkable scene in a photograph. Your capture was taken in daylight, so this deformed tree is clearly visible. If I had to pass this place at dusk, I think I would have changed for 180° my direction, 😁.

Once a woodland sentinel, from this angle this storm-blasted tree now resembles a giant, grinning, prehistoric bird. Nice catch, Sandi.
