This is florist's campanula which are much smaller plants than the outdoor variety. They come in white, blue and violet and are a favorite to be tucked into arrangements of mixed flowering plants usually in large baskets.

Kathy, I was searching in the list of 473 Campanula species, but couldn't find the perfectly by you depicted Double Campanula. In my garden I've only blue/violet colored species like the Campanula rapunculus, a species of bellflower.
