This is an artwork in front of one of the gardens I frequent. She's standing in a bed of impatiens with her own fire hydrant near by. She's sporting all the stages of the monarch butterfly - if enlarged you'll see the caterpillars.

By the shadow in the flowers beneath her ^dog tag^ I can tell you did not use a flash, which further tells me the spot of bright light on her ear and those to the left of her ear are all from the sun, the surface of the sculpture must be hard and smooth. The dog must be ceramic. Well, to be honest, the slim reflections of flowers on the finish on the dogs neck is another giveaway. A very fitting piece of sculpture to be found in a flower patch and a fun one next to a hydrant. Thanks for sharing this with us, Kathy.

Kathy, probably you've visited one of the stores of Pasquesi Home and Gardens, indoors plants and Pet supplies, and have found this, by Samantha Gallagher created sculpture.
A wonderful and eye-catching find, well captured by you.
PS: the advantage of these Monarch's is that they don't have to travel to Mexico, 😁 !
