We were driving home and had to stop the car for this one. We even turned around and drove back and then stopped the car.

Lovely scene ... must be viewed full screen to appreciate. At first I thought this was out of horizontal alignment ... but the more I study it ... it quite possibly is how the land lies. Whatever, a lovely vista to view.

Great view you have given us. It has a lot to see, and all is beautiful. The river and its banks decorated with fall colors and the cows grazing in the valley makes for a wonderful scene.

That is gorgeous, Hilda. I would have stopped the car too. lol I don't know why, but I notice cows more in the autumn. Maybe it's because we are looking at the foliage and didn't notice them all summer amidst the greens. The view is wonderful and the shot is perfect. Those are very lucky cows.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Gosh what a lovely scene, Hilda. I think you made the right decision to turn back and take this one. It's a very calming scene!
