Thanks, Super -- glad you enjoyed 'Fire in the Sky". It's originally from a photograph of some sand dunes, then manipulated with a number of filters in PhotoShop.

Thanks for your comments on "Flat Rock" and "Broken Head". I am not a professional photographer, but I will be (trying to) start my own business very shortly; so your comment was very encouraging.
About "Painted Hills Sunrise". To answer your question as to whether it was taken in Austrailia, the answer is no. It was shot in the USA, in the State of Oregon.
Australia is on my list of places to visit. I collect opals and would love to go to the source.
Thanks for your comments on my photo.
Thanks for commenting on Symmetry Experiment A. I really appreciate your kind and encouraging words. By the way, I don't think the problem is with your computer -- most of the time (like always, except for maybe one day every month or so) I can't access my profile page either. Sigh...
Thanks, Superman, for your comment on Game Piece Close up. It does remind me of Centre Point Tower as well! Maybe it was an unconscious influence. Thanks also for looking at Overview II - I appreciate your input.
Hello
I'm a regar member since ± 2 years. In the beginning, the site was very young and had just a few pictures. Caedes was Administrator & the only Mod.
After a few months, he asked to some regular members to help him. I said yes :-)
Hiya, Super. Many thanks for your comments on 'Room with a View'. It's all that remains of an old miner's cabin (circa 1880s) on the back of Aspen Mountain. Just a half mile away is some of the best skiing in North America.
Thanks for the comment on (Ghost Train). The tracks have been gone for many many years :). I thought of including some ghost tracks just under the train, but since I faded the bottom of the train to mostly darkness, I didn't really like the way that looked. Glad you liked the picture~
Tks Superman for your comments on Who Goes There. The little Red Fox was adorable.
I just got lucky I guess, he wanted the attention and allowed us to talk with him, take pictures, videotape him, played with him with paperballs, let him lick our coffee cup, lol. Just a real neat experience.

Thanks for your comment on 'wheel'. It is indeed a ferris wheel, the mighty London Eye on the south bank of the Thames and 140m high. Go to www.londoneye.com for more about it.

One Room Schoolhouse
It was a schoolhouse from the early 1800's. The last time I went to photograph it, it had fallen and is now just a pile of logs. Thanks for your comment. Cool logo!
