I remember taking a carriage ride through the streets of Rome with a girl I had met while I was vacationing there. I was stationed with the USAF in Brindisi and took a trip to Rome. What a great city and thanks for all the pleasant memories you have revived EDV.

Edoardo...dear friend...this is yet another one of your beautiful photos of your beautiful part of the world! I adore the arches, the scroll work, the various stones and textures so very very much. Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
Ed - In this one scene, one sees a large span of history. There is a great variety of architectural styles, each one of great interest. The sky is gorgeous. As you do so often, you have used the sunlight as an integral part of this great shot. Thad
