Lyn, everyone has her or his own taste. Some people prefer abstracts and other prefer more 'classical' images. We have to respect this. I belong to the 'classical' category. Therefore I'm very glad you've continued posting your beautiful 'classical' flower images. Really thanks. Cornelius

Now these I know. Scabiosa or pincushion plant. I think I have some of these and the ones in your image are beautiful. Nicely composed of three lovely flowerheads. A nice series.

I never looked close up to flowers before i entered caedes Lyn, but this was an eye opener for sure, this is a great example of that.
