The second of my sunflower photos. This is not cropped - had I seen that bee I would not have been so close :) . . I used my new macro lens for the first time on this . . ..Panasonic DMC-FZ7 . . Any comments appreciated and always welcome.

I think they were definitely ready for their close-up. They exude character don't they, you can almost imagine them whispering to one another as the follow the sun. Lovely shot Lyn.

I think the bee is confused. The flower at macro range resembles a honeycomb. He's probably been out on the town swilling pollen and got the wrong house. After all, they all look alike. Great photo by the way Lyn.
