I knew you'd come up with something sensational for the contest! The repetition of shadow and form, the cropping and the offset of the image are excellent! What a wonderful idea for a shot, Eve. Lots of curves all around. Best of luck! I'm off to eat my sunny side ups. No kidding! lol

Very pretty - I love the way the "flowers" cast shadows on the eggs and elsewhere... Sunny-side up, indeed... Good luck in the contest!!

Okay. So you're in the Heart of a Storm. Everything is perfectly calm, right? But you know that at any minute that calm is going to go away, and everything is going to be in chaos, and the world around you will literally blow you away. I want to be there.

This really caught my eye and I went back to it several times. What an original compostion with the flower shadows throughout the scene. The blue shade on the background boards is a perfect shade to compliment the eggs.. I really enjoyed this one and hope it does well for you,

Fantastically original composition LE, you truly do have an eye for an image. There's so much going on here, from the curve of the bowl to the reflection of the curve on the eggs to the diagonal lines of the table top and the reflections of the flowers. Only you could come up with something like this. Good luck with the competition. I faved it, anyway.

Great use of space here, Lyn. The "negative space" left unused by the bowl itself is filled quite well with it's shadow. Curves abound here.. but that top "egg" looks suspiciously like a "Pinky" rubber ball, like the kind I played with in grade school. Great post, and good luck in the contest
