In reality they are plain white cosmos on a bright summer day. Like many of us they can imagine what it is like to be different, to step outside the ordinary and for a little time to dance together and light up the darkness.

Ooooh - an evening metamorphosis occurs where lovely cosmos flowers transform into sinister looking poppy blooms that emit an eerie glow. To what music do they dance you ask? Come to the garden tonight to find out!

In a alternate world of music, dance, and love, and maybe a different lyricist, you can almost hear a masked and caped man enter center stage and vocalize "The Flowers of the Night."
