The fallen leaves show that the summer is departing and the fallen feather dropped by a bird during departure. Nice capture.

Very artistic looking photography and stunning detail and I love the yellow in the leaf it gives this scene a superb warm autumn look.Plus the light and shade in this photo is stunning too.Looking back at this photo the feather is so soft looking and clean too.Love it well done to a great post.

Well composed Marzena! The colors and textures simply states the way October is. It always puts me to thinking of mums, pumpkins, gourds, and other colorful things. Being born in October makes me like it that much more. And don't forget the pumpkin pies. Good image and saved.

Terrific contrast in colors and composition, SAM, and that tiny sprig of bright green on the left, poking through the background of dead leaves. The image says change but also the stability of repetitive seasons. Excellent. -Nik

Imagination is necessary for the shutterbug, otherwise one might not see a fabulous pic waiting to be recorded. I just loved this...a different view of Autumn and yet so legitimate!

Great fall capture, b/w and color in one yet they go together well making nice contrast, well composed too i like how you put the feather together with the yellow-brown long leaf, bravo
