I don't know why this particular title came to mind, it just did. Seems like this young horse at the yearling sale is crying out to it's Mother. Brought tears to me poor old eyeballs.

Perhaps it is true. The young horse doesn't want to go with strangers and leave his momma. Very nice shot showing the slight fear and confusion on his/her face.

Amazing bokeh on this photo, Pat. The entire composition and the focus on the horse and jockey(? trainer?) in particular could easily make this one a perfect candidate for a horse racing magazine or some other commercial use. With that tight crop on the mane I'm guessing this is a race horse. Outstanding.

Oh my goodness, that would bring tears to my eyes also. To me it would be so hard to sell your horses and see the crying out. I love the way the background is soft to really show off the excellent detail and colours off
