In the port area of Hamburg there are canals such as the one above with multi-storied warehouses on either side. Since containers have been in use for transport of goods many of these warehouses remain empty. Some are being converted into apartment houses.

Although I've seen them many times, they stay special to me, Ray. Like to join Ed, Jerome, Gabi and Erja in their comments, as it's a great image my friend!

You better put this in the framing contest Raj. It is absolutely the best one I have seen. I love your composition and editing on this one. Trust me, this is a winner.

"Framing", perhaps?

(Not sure, as I haven't checked.. ... ok, ok, can't remember to be honest if you have submitted an entry as of yet.)

I will echo the above words though, and in particular those on the note of composition ... really enjoy the perspective you've afforded us. So ...

Kudos on that element, most certainly.

Caveats?

Minor, at best.

Focus gets a tad soft deeper into the image. Just a tad (maybe what I am seeing, is some ... some, motion blur).

That said ...

Nicely done. :o)
