The Holstentor (Holsten Gate) marks the western boundary of the city of Luebeck, Germany. The gate was built in the year 1478 and restoration work was done in 1871. The towers tilt inwards but it has been like that for centuries.

Raj - I like the straight on capture of the old gate of Luebeck. Excellent lighting and color. The gardens foreground, large trees to the right, and old buildings combine for an excellent composition. If I may offer a suggestion - there is some noise in the sky that could be tamed a little and some indication in the upper left of some cloning that was not fully cleaned up. Thad

That's a gorgeous shot, Raj. Super lighting and clarity, and very colorful. The grounds look beautiful too, and must be a great place to stroll around with a camera!

Either you forgot to enter it or someone neglected to place it in the entry list. When I first saw it I thought "Now, why wasn't this one in the architecture contest? It would have an excellent chance for placing in the top three." But, alas, it wasn't among those I voted on. I'm guessing the keystoning is from a wide-angle lens, something well below 50mm?
