My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
The cormorant doesn't care that the turtle believes the world rests on the shell of a giant of his brethren. The duck believes in free grain for everyone and the ability and freedom to groom its backside in public. Now why can't the world learn from animals and co-exist without hating and murdering? Whatever the case may be, I bet none of them voted for the "combover from hell."
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
Everyone else seems preoccupied, Raj, but I think the turtle on the far right is onto you!
I love the silky greens in the image, the petite arabesque ballet kicked out feet of the grooming ducks, and the content coexistent community of creatures sharing the sun.
I am also damn impressed that the turtles could haul themselves up on to the raft and at the tree/bush's will to live and thrive in less than optimal circumstances.
